Desk clear, inbox empty … chocks away

I am as ready as I will ever be. Thanks to all in Oz, organisations and individuals who have made this possible by issuing invitations (especially Interpretation Australia for that invite to deliver a keynote at the Museums Australia / Interpretation Australia (MAIA) Conference that made all this possible.), organising workshops, offering accommodation, and suggesting good places to see wildlife and wildlife tourism/interpretation. Your enthusiasm and hospitality has made the prospect of Australia incredibly alluring.

And now we are on the brink of seeing, hearing, sharing, experiencing it for ourselves. It still feels incredible.

The next post will be from Oz.

Great visits to heritage and natural sites do not happen by accident. This blog is about the work that make special sites great places to visit. I hope it will be useful to visitors and host alike. Find out more at me and my blog.
